研究揭示了 eVTOL 在急救医疗中的潜力,但政策滞后,需关注技术成熟度与政策框架的同步性,对医疗急救系统升级和政策制定有参考价值。
When someone collapses in cardiac arrest, every minute without defibrillation measurably worsens their chances. A Taipei registry study of 4,278 out-of-hospital cardiac arrest cases found that each minute of delayed advanced life support response reduced survival to discharge by 7% and favorable neurological outcome by 9%. Against that brutal arithmetic, a new study argues that electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have moved from futuristic curiosity to a genuine emergency medical services (EMS) frontier — and that the binding constraint is no longer the technology but the policy infrastructure meant to govern it.
